Very nice contact and takes requests and changes into account. Thank you very much for the great work.
The care put into it was unmatched and the communication was so reliable. Any time I sent a message I got a response very quickly which made the process easy and exciting.
The craftsmanship was outstanding. The seller was very communicative and informative on the process and details of the purchase and delivery
Every step of the process was great! She listened to details and created exactly what we asked for!!
Good item once we got it! We used it as a cute little wedding topper for our A couple small issues - the item didn't seem to be coming on time at first. We ordered it a little last minute, but the delivery date it gave us upon ordering was a still a few days before the wedding. However, we didn't receive it on time, and I had to push customer service a little bit to get it to come in time for the wedding. On the plus side, customer service was very responsive! And the final product was cute and good quality, including a small improvement we asked for upon them sending us pictures of the original product.
It's a gift I gave to the club members for their birthdays. everyone loved it, high quality bobble head.
Who doesn't like a miniature version of themselves?? Quality craftsmanship! Great and prompt customer service.
I was a bit concerned about getting the item on time because I was on a tight schedule and it seemed that it wouldn't come on time but it did !! Everyone loved them and it was a huge topic of conversation Everyone also commented on how close they resembled the bride and groom too. Which is another thing we were worried about.
Where do I begin? The box alone is enough to be excited about. One of a kind bobblehead
I loved this item I received. I fell in love with it as soon as I received it. It is bigger than you think and is well-made. Worth the purchase and cost.
